Senior Sales Manager
Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and communicative employees (m/f/d) to strengthen our sales team for the regions North, South, East and West Germany. You will be solely responsible for this. You have a strong sales gene and a high willingness to learn. You will also enjoy analysing customer needs, developing implementation strategies and concluding contracts. We are looking for an ambitious team member who wants to grow with us! To summarise, this is an unusual, challenging sales role with a high degree of independence. What are your tasks?
As a Sales Manager Solution (m/f/d) in direct sales, your primary goal is to drive sales of our digital software solution and the associated services. In detail, this means:
- The systematic identification and development of new customers
- Maintaining and expanding your existing customer base
- Presentation of our software and advice on needs and solution-related topics
- Preparation of offers and contract negotiations, monitoring and tracking of offers
- Planning and realisation of trade fair appearances and marketing campaigns
Your profile
You have a wealth of life and professional experience. In the course of your career, you have worked in a variety of industries and have successfully mastered various positions! We are also looking for:
- A technical or business management qualification and/or a relevant degree programme
- Experience in software sales or a pronounced ability to enter into dialogue with small and medium-sized companies and to be accepted as a person
- Systematic, structured way of working
- Willingness to travel and a class B driving licence
- The will to succeed with a high level of self-motivation and assertiveness
- High level of self-discipline and efficient time management
- Ability to self-reflect, willingness to learn and implement feedback
- As well as business fluent English (not mandatory)
